The European Central Bank (ECB) and the United Nations (UN) released a handbook which elaborates on the treatment of financial services, assets and liabilities in the national accounts.

* Slovenia Initials FATCA Agreement with US

 

Slovenia and the United States had initialled the text of a bilateral inter-governmental agreement (IGA) for the implementation of the Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA).
