Digest of International Sale of Goods Contract Law – Updated and Revised

A newly updated and revised version of the Digest on the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) has been published by the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL). The third edition of the Digest is now available for free on the UNCITRAL website at http://www.uncitral.org/uncitral/en/case_law/digests.html
 
The Digest is a compilation of worldwide court and arbitral decisions and is based on the case law collected through the CLOUT system (Case Law on UNCITRAL Texts). The United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) is the core legal body of the United Nations system in the field of international trade law.
