* CIS Moves Forward
 
In the last CIS Summit, leaders of Belarus, Kazakhstan and Russia called Georgia to rejoin the Commonwealth of Independent States.
 
They also supported aspirations from Armenia and Kyrgyzstan to join and proposed allowing Turkey and possibly also Syria to join the Customs Union.
